Woo! Plot development! Intriguing things happen in this episode, that took me a long time to animate and that I am proud of! I have nothing else to say about it for the time being!

Back in March, I had a third of episode Three finished when I suddenly realized that what I was animating should actually be in episode Four, that I needed to make some things about the premise clearer and show the normal routine of the characters before going ahead with the main plot.

So I started over and this is the result. It’s a lot more straightforward and less mysterious than the previous episodes and nothing really happens, but it’s necessary, and hopefully it’s still entertaining.

Finally! Wheeeee! Why did this take five times as long as the first two episodes? I don’t know. I guess I should just go faster next time.

Anyway, here it is. Definitely watch episode One first if you haven’t already (and optionally episode Zero before that), or this will make even less sense.

Well, my intent was for the plot of this to be as self-explanatory as possible, so I don’t have a lot to say about it, except that it’s awesome and I’m very proud of it.

It’s got a coherent plot now, even. Ignore everything that happened in episode Zero. Don’t ignore everything that was in episode Zero though.

Some people probably won’t like the fact that I used the same music again (it’s Bach’s Well Tempered Clavier Prelude 2, by the way). If somebody wants to compose some original music for me I’d gladly accept it, but until that happens I haven’t really got a better plan than this.

Okay, so, I decided I want to make an animated webseries. But I couldn’t decide what it should be about, so what I’ve done for the first episode is just take every single old unused or underused idea of mine, plus anything else I could think of, stick them all together, and animate it all as fast as I can (which turned out to be three weeks) to prove that the project is feasible and I could come out with another episode reasonably soon. It’s basically a big brainstormy mishmash of niftiness that has little to do with the actual story that came out of it.
